You have to think of what generation we live in now. MOVE. FORWARD. even RVHS doesn't have that rule in school anymore.

Nygh is an awesome school. There's no repressed and mean rich people who think they can shit over anyone they want. I'm a sec 1 and one of my super good friend is a rich man's daughter, so yeah

Nyghs caused me to have a miserable teenage. I will do everything in my power to stop my daughter from going if i ever have any. it is really an environment filled with repressed and mean rich who thought they could shit over anybody they want. What hypocrisy when they decided to let you girls keep long hair after the tradition of short hair was in place for more than 70 yrs? Ancestors would flip in their grave!

@DHotDoll Sorry but representing NY here, I don't think you should be so hasty to stereotype everyone in my school as "repressed and mean rich who thought they could shit over anybody they want". And truthfully speaking, traditions does not always mean "the best". I'm sure many people in NYGH hated to be forced to keep short hair. And it isn't as if now when we don't have to keep short hair anymore NY's traditions and values are all gone. Don't make assumptions. They're deadly.

Too bad for you that you had such a miserable teenage. my experience in school has been one of the best ever! Your personal experience is not enough to justify your argument.
