I am German and I approve of this meal. I like Spätzle with roastbeef and cameralized onions (or fried onions) with a red wine sauce. Also did you know there is Spätzleflour? Google says the English version would be a "type 405 wheat flour".

15:50 I think the pork should be on the right as the juices from the pork could drip down on to the chicken when you pull one out. Just a random thought. I know some people are very strict on that stuff.

Hey MrT , can you chek out ''Yuvalama'' it's a type of soup made with rice meat yogurt and chickpeas , served with oily dried mint sauce on top. It's a dish from Turkey ,people eat this as a breakfast on holidays.

Kässpatzn werden ohne Sahne gemacht. Mir bergkäse 2 verschiedene Sorten und Zwiebeln, evtl no an Speck angebraten. Mehr nicht!

As a trained chef from Germany, I´m a bit confused and shocked about your Käsespäzle. Or is this just an inspiration? This is not what we call Käsespätzle. I like your videos and I will continue to watch them, but you really should learn how to make Allgäuer Käsespätzle. Even then if you can´t get the right type of cheese.

Hmmm. I wasn't trying to make an authentic Käsespäzle, hence the video's title. I did actually make a closer-to-the-original version in one of the videos before. I enjoy creating unique variations of traditional meals, and my imagination is quite lively. Most importantly, I am trying to make späzle popular in a country where hardly anyone has heard of it. To do so, I have to present it in a way people feel more familiar with it, so it won't be too challenging. I hope it now makes more sense why I cook certain things the way I do 👌😊👍

@@DeineOmi1976 I love, Bauernfrühstück. We have a very similar dish in Hungary, with the same name and slightly different ingredients. I might try a combination of both, You just gave me a good idea for a new special 👌😊👍

@@MrT2022 You are from Hungary, nagyon kicsi a vilag nem? Then you should make my favorite dessert "Somloi Galuska" and also "Brassoi Apropecsenye" which was my favorite dish in my childhood back in time. BTW. I had some awesome Brassoi two weeks ago when I was in Hungary near by Sopron.

Yes, I was thinking about doing all those dishes, Somlói galuska would definitely work, the Brassói aprópecsenye would need to be modified to make it work, it would sell better as a version of the Canadian poutine, people here like to have gravy with dishes like that. I will definitely try them at some point 👌😀👍
