His views are obviously biased and centered around himself, and maybe that makes sense as a jungler, maybe not. I think this whole thing is weird. Maybe it's the way he gets his message across. The funniest thing about this monte situation is he tries to paint the picture like adam just went crazy on him for no reason. When his initial tweet basically accused BDS of cheating vs G2 which is a very serious thing to even say. Then when adam responded we didnt we looked at NIP vs FPX. monte doesnt even apologize, take responsibility for his poor wording, or even try to correct it, instead says " you right considering how shit you played it." Like what kind of response is that after such a irresponsible tweet with no evidence. In life watch how a person act when they are wrong and it tells you alot about them
@KarimMisino5 ай бұрын
He didn't accused bds of cheating He didn't say" i think bds asked some players if they can share some info about g2 in scrims" that would be accusing bds of cheating, which btw everyone does leak scrims. i don't even think that cheating btw Also still that doesn't mean adam should fucking respond like a butthurt 12 year old, hes fucking 21 or 22,can't he respond like an adult? Maybe it's too much to ask lol "then when adama responded we didn't we looked at fpx vs nip" First of all, so now pros can't lie? Secondly, that doesn't prove that monte is wrong cuz as he said on a podcast that laneswap thing could be just know by labrov that's it. Yeah, monte responded rudely cuz adam was rude to him first, apparently only pro players are allowed to be rude.
@sterryd1215 ай бұрын
@@KarimMisino the wording he used and the way alot of people took that sentence implied "bds had to have cheat because they reacted to it very well" Even if he didn't intend for it to be presented that way, that's what people took. This is shown as the Twitter discussion went from lane swap ( which monte wanted) to how did BDS know/ did scrims get leak. This shows his post was worded badly. Now if your adam why would you give someone respect if they accusing you of cheating. Also you acting shock a 21 old is acting like this when thorfin and even dom both have responded way worst (ie thorfin vs nuk) real adult behavior there lol. You right players can lie but monte didn't even address that point he immediately went into saying "he played shit" as a response lol I actually don't know why you bought his point up it's irrelevant to the subject at hand. When did I say only pro's can be rude? If you are rude first you shouldn't be surprised when someone respond in a rude manner. I personally just hate when people try to play the victim when they started it. Overall monte poor wording lead to rude Adam response which led to rude monte response.
@rockylee9435 ай бұрын
I can simultaneously agree Adam is a very immature player like the upset situation the benching not long ago and agree hes response to Monte is justified you accused hes team of cheating like okay you used the word I think who gives a fuck you get the response you put out provide evidence or just soil a teams reputation then a member of the team claps back at your reputation you get all butt hurt like omg hes rude.
@KarimMisino5 ай бұрын
@@sterryd121 again, he didn't accused bds of cheating cuz he didn't say that bds player or staff asked to other teams leak. He didn't present that as fact but just as his opinion monte was just speculating, adam didn't need to respond like a butthurt kid. Thorin wasn't rude at nuc lol Nuc was rude to him at first. Wdym he doesn't address adam point? monte in his first response to adam literally said " u might be right" he literally said that he could be right lol. Ofc monte response was rude cuz again adam started first. "if u are rude first u shouldn't be surprised if someone responded in rude manner" i agree with u on this one, that's why monte "rude" response to adam was fair. I can agree with u on the monte woording poorly the tweet but still that doesn't justified the adam response cuz again not only he's fucking 21 years old but also monte didn't accused the bds player directly of the leak scrims.

The fact that the one person who worked with cyber security is telling you that DDoSing is a serious issue, but the two other dummies have no idea how it works is crazy. DDos is very hard to track especially when it’s at a large scale like this and those risking it are knowledgeable enough to make sure they don’t get caught. The hackers that demanded money or releasing video games weren’t caught so what makes you think they would catch the people DDosing at this level? When you can’t practice new things versus other teams that can because they aren’t famous enough on the level of T1, it’s a drag. But if a person who has been the face of the league and never complained until now, give the guy a break.

I am definitely of the opinion that if they fully knew about it they would of devised a plan that wouldnt of been hard countered if G2 played their side of it better, like Monte said if G2 walked in and warded during the bot invade which normally is what happens than the stack completely falls apart and a swap still happensd. I am guessing they did what they did solely because they were worried about a sion cheese on the red and the swap wasnt the reason. Of course that is just my opinion and it is an interesting discussion either way.

There was not a problem with the inspired interview being posted, he takes ownership over the statements he makes in his interviews and if he says something that is criticizable that is purely on him. This is why on sports team that have media coverage, there is an effort that is made so that the players are media trained. The problem I have with him making those statements is more that it is in a public setting. Sure he can make those comments in the privacy of a team environment and it would be fine. However, bringing that into a public setting is a completely different issue. He brings unnecessary heat onto the team, and especially the player that he is criticizing. Now there is additional pressure put onto the team from the outside on issues that were in house. Whether that is his personality to make those statements does not matter in respect to comments about his own teammates impacting his own team environment. Talking trash about other teams functions differently in that it can put pressure on other teams as well as his own, so generally that is more okay to do. That being said, for me as a viewer those kinds of comments makes the league more entertaining to watch, especially every flyquest game; however, if i was his teammate or coach, I would be extremely upset.

A subsection of KZbin & Reddit commenters does not fully encapsulate the sentiment of all fans. These reactions were the most vocal perhaps, easily shared and reverberated. But it also comes in the context of anonymous posts, and the people writing them could be very biased or uninformed. We NEEDED to hear dGon go off about "you cant handle the truth," that was absolutely spot on. But I simply want to remind everyone that this 'you,' is a subset of the entire viewership, and there's a lot of supporters and mature people out there who can watch that Inspired interview and understand the context and the importance. Please don't over-validate the individual perspectives that have inflammatory, virtue-signaling reactions. Please keep going because the viewership is greater than these responses. And the backlash from even the smallest subset of the community could have ramifications for the rest of us. Ergo, dgon saying players or teams in general may be more timid to speak so honestly and completely raw because of this is probably more likely. It sucks. X.X I loved the interview tho and people need to remember the kind of person Jensen used to be before pro play. Man was one of the most toxic people in the servers. You can see if someone is owning his own mistake, or he is just pretending by keep coming up with excuses right after, like oh "i could be less vegan there" when he already establish that he think Jensen flash late or "i mess up early game" when he point out that Jensen play the team fight bad. For me he is just using Jensen as a scapegoat knowing that if he talk about his bot, people would think he bully the rookies and if he blame top, bwipo would not shy away to react his comment with the public which he might makes him looks worst.

At least Dgon is defending someone who is actually a good player this time.

Monte's reaction when Dgon was kinda kinda going nuts at around 22 min reminds me of when DJ Khaled was like, "we save the world bro" and trying to be honest about it and his friend is like trying so hard not to laugh at his extremely bad overreaction lol kzbin.infoR_7YB1Jt6ZM

Man, I was really hoping that at least one of you would actually pay attention to what most people were annoyed about with the Inspired interview. 1. One of the examples he gave where he was mad at Jensen was actually his fault. Jensen did not hesitate but he claimed that Jensen did which led to him stutter stepping. In reality Inspired screwed up the top dive not Jensen. So that was annoying. 2. He spent the most time complaining about how Jensen was playing while they gave him mediocre drafts. Not to mention, even when Monte did his bangers only stream, he outright pointed out that the side lanes were playing poorly leading to him not even being able to use the prio created for him. 3. We somehow spent more time on Jensen than Bwipo who literally died to APA standing in lane watching the wrong screen. A lot of us didn't have a problem with frustration and flame in general but the fact that he focused on Jensen instead of Bwipo who wasted the draft resources to get hard gapped by Impact the whole series. So it came off as just Inspired being mad at Jensen and trying to protect his friend that was a way bigger problem in the series. As far as the Faker apology, he more over apologized for people being sensitive and hurt over him telling the truth. He apologized that people felt he took away from the win. If we want people to not be soft then admitting Faker should have been able to answer the question without pushback is a good step.

Sure, Inspired was giving his opinion, but he should save criticism of teammates for the team environment. Criticizing teammates in public is so bad. If you want people to not think of players as entitled, they need to start acting a bit like TO of all people. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eX2Vh6Btf6ejaqs

Has Monte ever talked about LCS in the past 3 or 4 years without mentioning the viewership decline and how the league is dying. Literally everytime, we get it Monte, let it go now

Honestly I enjoyed monte and friends and the league drama they caused for years. But this bds Incident is just too much cringe even for me. And his response was just ego overload. so this is my final view for Montee and crew .

Imagine if BLG has 369 to play weak side, this team might be better than 2023JDG
@PeoplePleaser5785 ай бұрын
Nah. 369 does not want to play weakside. Also if Bin gets back into form, this team is better than 2023 JDG arguably.

This was the dumbest thing I ever heard about T1 and DDOS. As a former IT person I agree with DGON. It’s hard to track and stop. It did mega affect T1. Dom is just an awful person and Monte is just a hypocrite I remember him donning a train whistle and hat praying for a T1 win. He’s fallen so hard it’s just pathetic and sad.

Monte is not a hypocrite. He was never a T1 fan, always KT fan, but at the international championships he used to cheer for ANY KOREAN TEAM, because he was a caster for OGN/LCK

Monte complaining about redditors lying after making up this scrim leak accusation out of smoke is VERY funny
@stevenmallory85785 ай бұрын
genuinely not beating the "farms drama for content to stay relevant" accusations
@esterh00005 ай бұрын
i wouldn’t say he made it up out of nothing. he had his reasoning for why he THOUGHT there was a leak, whether or not those actually are valid and if the leak happened is a completely different thing. he’s allowed to have an opinion based on what he’s seen even if you guys think he’s wrong
@SuperAwesomeRoboSpy5 ай бұрын
reddit, and by extension you, treats a scrim leak as if its an accusation akin to BDS hacking into G2 and stealing their private Information. The premise is absurd and its not that serious, pros in the scene share information with each other all the time and scrims aren't some sacred grail that is bound by the highest of secrecy. Hence why people being outraged at the idea of a scrim leak being posited is so ridiculous
@PeoplePleaser5785 ай бұрын
@@SuperAwesomeRoboSpy He literally accused other LEC teams of colluding to take down G2.
@PeoplePleaser5785 ай бұрын
@@esterh0000 He made it up out of nothing. His argument has so many holes in it because he willfully ignores any other situation than this own. So for example; - It was not a 5 man stack. It was 4 man in the Jungle, Nuc was in Midlane. - NIP vs FPX - NIP did this exact same invade at the exact same time during the Laneswap. Monte doesn't believe its the same because "They had Udyr and not Sion". Despite Shanji and Aki literally invading at the exact same time in a game less than a week ago and this exact invade being a massive part of Lane swaps. - BDS knew it was a lane swap based on draft - Yes Monte argues that it might not have been but as Dom said if G2 are playing these lanes standard... they are actively going to lose these lanes omega hard. G2 would have to be stupid to draft these lanes. He has doubled and tripled down on this over and over again even when people did engage with his points he went "Nuh-uh I'm right, you are wrong".
