In my early years I enjoyed expressing myself as a chameleon exploring many curiosities,but as I have evolved I have come to appreciate organization and systems to keep me grounded, focused. The amount of times I have prayed and asked for guidance and prayed and prayed and practiced patience for years and years....And yet even though I intensly observe my life for answers...none come! In fact it just keeps getting more and more like the universe is pushing me to distraction. I have lost everyone around me. My mum, my dad, my dog, my sibling, my social life, my whole landscape just imploded, My son and grandchildren live thousands of miles away, my business was killed by Covid...everything is gone. I so HEAR you. I feel like many of us have been put on hold for a long while. I am a LEO and you know us fire signs are super go getters and is so hard to sit and wait- Like 7 years waiting! I had also lost it all and do not know where I am going. Everything Ive put in motion seems to be closed doors in my face and like I am being rerouted. Hang in there... I know messages and direction are coming. Stay strong because you are learning things even when you don't realize you are. If I may be so bold ( and Im not even sure why I am mentioning this), but look into the Gene Keys book by Richard Rudd. It really breaks down who you are and what you can tackle in your life thru contemplation. It gave me such a huge boost of understanding and things to focus on when life puts you in a time out. I quite like Deb's take on Aquarius. I have my Saturn and Jupiter placed there in the Tropical system however in the Vedic system my Aquarius is my Rising sign. Whatever way I look at it, I do need to shift my views a bit as I am extremely anti Transhumanism. I prefer Gregg Braden's approach to a PURE HUMAN who, like the Vedanta, have people using their God Given abilities to remain pure and linked to Spirit as also Rudolph Steiner suggested. I do think everyone needs to be able to have the CHOICE to decide for themselves which direction they prefer to go but to learn Astrology as a principal subject to allow this to be a road map for them, at least. I like the idea of the Telepathy Tapes so shall have a listen to that. Thank you both for this podcast.

I have ADHD too! I also have struggle with fear and anxiety. So I really loved her invite to: --start each day with a prayer, thankfulness & ask for help/direction. -Reflect on the things you know are true/trustworthy (bank them, store them up, write them down) This is key for my ADHD brain in order to remember them. -Slow down, and trust it okay to do so. Our bodies can help, breathe deeply, slowly. Pay attention to the good things you have, you eat, real relationships, connections with nature etc. ☮️ ❤🙏🏽
