Yet he did nothing for Bihar. This is the difference between Mukesh Ambani and him....Ambani gave back to Gujarat. I can accept that the law and order situation wasn't good in Bihar 20-25 years back but the same can't be said right now. A lot of industries including Britania, Shree cement, Haldiram, Alstom, TCS, HCL, Tiger analytics etc. are doing well today in Bihar.....why can't vedanta do the same?

Nobody including YOURSELF won't invest money at a place where you have to give money to "political FAMILY" before you spend a penny on your project. You might have forgotten the Mafia and Kidnappers patronaged by the political players. Before questioning someone else you should ask question today, if everything has battered in Bihar then why no one is investing in Bihar? In Uttar Pradesh we have had same issue, we were fed up with caste politics and systemised crimes, we elected a new alternative government (leaving both parties who ruled one by one), now if you live here, you can feel the difference in U.P. So, please do not blame others, clean your mess first.

Bihar has 10 yrs stable govt and as he said earlier that he approached PM, FM for his business clearance then not he approached to Bihar govt (He might be) but if you see in today's era, not a single successful person from Bihar do any good for state... Either they are IAS, business person, actor, or even politicians. In my company (where i currently work) in Delhi. .. I recruited around 80% from Bihar ( after proper due diligence and merit based) so that i contribute to my state.
