There's no question about your hard work and passion. However, I'd like to disagree with some of your statements. Just like any other thing, government jobs, particularly civil services, are not for everyone. If this were the case, modern-day Bihar would have been one of the most advanced Indian states. Among all the successful Tangkhuls today, I believe people like Amei Kazingmei are a classic example of how you can be successful outside the bandwagon. No one knows the future, but if we were to assume, the relevance of bureaucrats will no longer be useful in 10-15 years from now. It is undeniable that the world has changed dramatically and is no longer what it used to be 2-3 decades ago. Jobs that encompass repetitive tasks have now been wiped away in the last couple of years. Everyone knows this. Getting a job in the government sector is now as hard as milking waning cows. What we need are more specialists in STEM, business, management, literature, and the list goes on. That said, if you feel you truly have a passion for CSE, do it for your own sake. As someone who grew up in Ukhrul, I know there is an insane amount of talent within us. The biggest crime is we just don't listen to these gifts. Rather than embracing and nurturing them, we tend to jump on the same bandwagon. You may think that following your passion is too luxurious for us due to the abject lack of support, facilities, or infrastructure based on the industries it demands, which is quite true to some extent. But guess what, it is also an uphill task getting government jobs nowadays. If anyone thinks that bureaucrats will change society, they are deadly wrong. Sometimes I'm amazed by the naivety of some of these highly educated stature. We are no longer living isolated, shunned from the rest of the world. Do I think top-notch government jobs are no longer necessary? Absolutely not! My point is don't sit around idle, read more, try to be independent, listen to your calling, give a chance to what you are good at, expose yourself as much as you can, and you may discover the purpose of your existence. Don't just go by fashion and be like somebody you are not.

The officers,leaders of tangkhul should practically come together for building future officers,leaders like other non Naga tribes are doing..... Excellent speech only go so far. The officers should take some of the blame for the lack of tangkhul success these days, "some". It baffles my sanity when these tangkhul officers wonder about the lack of new success stories wherein they lack the initiative which is key. I know some senior tangkhul officers who are just living hedonistic life.

We must agree with his points towards the government jobs/upsc/mpsc. But somehow I didn't agree with his point. 1. Upsc clear masalak thuwa kachi eina tangkhul degeneration sahaira kachi hi poor arguments. He seems to have poor vision towards other jobs perspectives. 2. He seems to ignore the booming of Tangkhul's entrepreneur. Singapore is country where a nation is setup not by government jobs but by entrepreneur mindset. 3. But what I mean to tell you is that "UPSC/MPSC is not the only essence of creating the Tangkhul generation". There are different ways that young Tangkhul are doing well that doesn't mean that we should compare to Gujarat state or any other states that has higher development index. Let's not forget that most of our generation are first learner that doesn't mean that we should not appear Upsc or any other government jobs. Yes! It is true that young Upsc aspirant are not clearing. There is something sickness in their preparation. Well! You gave an example Ram Muivah, and other politician. We cannot disagree his work nor accepted his all work. But that should be compare with Chiang Kaisek or Lee Kyuang of Singapore. Let me remind you again Singapore nation does not created by government job. Look at the Singapore development index. They are doing much better than Western nations. They could able to achieve it because there are different ways of jobs, works and activities that the young people work for it. Not only government job. Let me remind you again, Japan was devastated after the second world war. But they recovered and became industrialized nations. This is achieved not by the government job only. There are different ways in which our speaker Ngahanyui ignore to tell. Obviously he is bureaucrate so his knowledge may be limited with the schemes and giving signature for that. Japan, Israel, Singapore became a developed nation because of good human resources or the zeal of it's citizens to pursue excellence. By entrepreneur I don't mean a startup that runs for a couple of years and vanished in the air (90% of our startup does) I find no start-up in Ukhrul that even has 30,40 employees.
