Hi! I have an issue, when I connected the audio of airpod with instant Ace pro, the audio result completely silent and only take sound directly from the airpod mic when I talked . So no background sound from the ace pro, even I tried to speak directly to the mic hole on Ace pro still no sound. Then I tried disconnected it with the airpod, the mic on Ace Pro works well to catch the sound,(so I assumed no problem with internal mic). Is there any setting I need to change in my ace pro? I tried to gain external mic, to +6db but no change for the result. I need the video that can catch of natural background sound with. Awaiting for your advise...🙏

Unfortunately, you can only get audio from AirPods or you can only get audio from ace pro. You cannot mix it together.

Very nice tutorial, thanks. I just got this camera but can't even get near the picture quality (video and stills) that are shown here. I tried several scenarios/ settings (sharpnes and resolution). All edges are blurry, only a small section in the center is sharp, no matter what settings I use. Are these really taken with the ACE pro or your Sony? Thanks

First of all, try to do a factory reset. Once that it is finished, if the picture is still not looking good, I would contact the seller as you might have a faulty product unfortunately, sometimes it happens.

*Fantastic review. I am new to action cameras. This tutorial covered all I need to know except for one thing I am still not sure about. Which is:* *Does this camera have video file intervals? I mean does it split the recording to 5, 10 or 15 min and then you have to combine them in post production like the DJI Pocket 2 does? I record for 30 min and as I view the files at home, there are 6 videos, each is 5 min. Awful 💢.. I hate that. This is a good question. I never record such long videos so unfortunately, I don’t know. So far it has been for me only one file for everything.

Thanks for the review. I got the GoPro Hero 12 creator package a few days ago. I also like the richer image from the GoPro during daytime better than Ace Pro. I'm currently debating whether I should return it to get the Action 4 or Ace Pro instead. However, I'm concerned that the Ace pro is having a focusing problem based on some YT reviewers. I just can't put up with Gopro's trashy image quality in low light situation considering I'll be doing in car talk and install videos. Additionally, it takes an eternity for gopro to recharge.

Ahoj Zdenka, great video as always, quick question, have you noticed that on minutes 12:50, 15:12 and 15:22 there's a color/exposure shift on the video? why is that? is it something tha camera did on its own?

It is because I was using automatic white balance. If I locked the white balance, it wouldn’t happen. Cameras react the same way. More videos will be coming up where I will be showing more advanced settings

What do you think is the advantage of owning that Mantispod compared to having an Invisible stick that can do the same with a swivel ball head added to the top and some extender feet at the bottom? I find if i can only pack one (Invisible or Mantispod) and i want to shoot 360 photos and ace pro video, the invisible stick covers both bases and i can raise it up twice as high and with the additions (ball head and feet) the weight is about the same.

That is an interesting question. I guess it really depends what you use it for. I will be using this camera for vlogging and sit down stuff so I find the mount great for the desk. But I think that when you are walking, the invisible stick is a little bit better. The multi mount is better for desk.

I’m sorry to hear this. I had to do the same thing two years ago. I upgraded my computer and did not regret a thing. Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with graphic cards… I would leave it up to some computer specialist

Ahoj Zdenka, i finally got my Ace Pro but my videos play choppy straight out of the camera, I've tried 4K 25 fps, 30fps, 50fps, 60fps, auto mode, manual mode and i don't seem to be able to make it play smooth, I'm playing them on my iphone 14 pro and my macbook pro 2020, so the device where i'm playing them shouldn’t be and issue, i've also tried playing them on quicktime, VLC player and insta360 studio but still choppy, maybe there's something i'm not setting up correctly? any advise?

I will try to do first factory reset. If the problem is still happening, then I would contact the seller that might be a faulty product.

I will say this the GoPro quick app is so much easier to get the highlights on your video automatically and the length selection is better as well. For me this ace pro app is to much work to do something simple..I couldn’t figure out the AI highlight on camera or app. It never worked automatically for me anyway. Honestly I thought my GoPro 9 video was better. This camera may be great for a techie and has cool screen and other features. Unfortunately was a let down for me even the camera the photos weren’t as good as my old GoPro. Maybe its me but I played around with it for quite awhile the app for me I just don’t get it. Sending it back🤷‍♂️
