How does it hold up when you connect 2 of these mounts together to make 1 long mount? will it support the weight?

Hi, that’s an excellent question now off the top of my head it will support an action camera but you still have to put a kind of S bend at least halfway through the middle. because if it’s too straight whilst holding the action camera and on tripod legs especially tabletop tripod legs any breeze could blow it over.👍🏾🇬🇧

It can attach to the Insta360’s invisible stick, but just be mindful what you are doing. As the monkey tail is really a product used by itself.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, I suppose it can be used with a cell phone as long as you get the cell phone clamp.
