Same situation happened to me last week original address was 1.9 from store ended up driving 5 miles the order was really good but was really wierd

@@Oldshoe88 I am hearing that on the customer side customers that had a default tip for example 20% tip the app is not putting the tip for the shopper and like if you have a repeat customer you know always tips good no tip showing on the app it is very glitchy lately

Is it just me or are there days were it seems like you can get no instacart orders and other days in which they come nonstop. Im not saying they're not there, but crack finger is ineffective when the order disappears before the finger can hit accept

How do you know which customer is tipping what prior to starting the order?

@Oldshoe88 oh sheeez....I just had a customer cancel their tip for no reason. I contacted support to see if they gave a reason why and there isn't one. I asked support if they could block the customer so I don't deliver to them again and they did.

I had a wrong address and the man said to meet him at the correct address and he would give me extra tip ... it was 5 miles out the way and gave me nottin in person ! LOL

Sometimes I have discombobulated days too with the double orders 30+ items each. It's weird. Even when scanning the receipt I'm like "who had what? " lmao😂

Set a timer for when you have to unpause, but DD is hell bent on kicking you off.

@oldshoe Couple quick questions for ya. How can you tell on Uber and DD that there might be a hidden tip on the order. Have you ever shopped at Costco, Aldi or Sam's Club on Instacart?

I can answer the second question as I have no idea how uber or DD tips work. Sams Club and Costco are best if you know the store and plan out the shop before going in. As for Aldi, the nice is the store is smaller and consistent. Once you know one store, you pretty much know them all since they organize their stores in the same way with slight variations

DD might have changed, but if you see an order $6 or $6.50 good chance they hiding. When uber hides the tip they only show you $8 of the tip. So a $10 order, $2 base pay “$8 tip” they hiding it. And I have not shopped at Costco but I have done a few at the others.

Sooooo that weird address situation happened to me to! I took an instacart for $11.50 going 1.2 miles….well the address was WRONG 😑 IN instacart!! It was actually 9.5 miles away!! I was pissed 😤 I spoke with a instacart rep. And she said I would get a $5 bump! The customer told me ahead of time has never had that happen and that she orders from them all the time HOW HER order needed up across town was crazy!! But I have my conspiracy theory that they needed that order shopped and maybe it was no available shoppers in the area so they tricked ME!! I was late ⏰ getting back to my house on my lunch hour!!! 😵‍💫🤬🤬🤬
