There is a list of essence possed by an administrator in the country like India. One such is "PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITY". It can be well articulated by mentioning the events of Mizoram chilli farmers, who usually sell away their produce (chilli) at a very marginal price. Sri Bhupesh Choudhary, DC of Silchar and his administration helped them to organise into SHGs and formed farmers' cooperatives, thus facilitating RKVY-Raftaar for establishing infrastructures for storage, machinery for processing, packaging and establishing market linkages. Eventually, the farmers' cooperatives got FSSAI certification and organic certification, followed by the GI tag for Bird’s Eye Chilli, which enhance the farmers' average income by nearly 14 times. Sri Bhupesh Choudhary recently won an award (CM Awards for Excellence in Public Administration) for another initiative called ‘Kawng Kawhmuhthu’, which improved learning outcomes in schools.

sir i think the key-quality of adminstrator is serving the people by his problem solving abilities while upholding his moral values as well. for eg. Rajendra Bharud did great covid management in nandurbar by a proactive approach which shows not only his dedication towards work and compassion for people but also his proficiency in adminstration
