It’s best you wait on the homescreen when your friend is about to send the request because it pops up for a few seconds then disappears which makes no sense, after it’s gone you have to wait 48 hours to send it over

Yes technique kaam aati hai agar aapki selfie video submit nhi ho rahi to.. Dono friends ko online rehne ke liye kahiye.. Notification baar me notification aayegi kuch seconds ke liye tabhi unko accept karna hai.. Confirmation ke baad new password aayega.. New password dalne ke baad agar open nhi ho raha to new browser me aap log in kr sakte ho. Agar aapke friend ne request miss kr di to aapko 48hrs tk rukne ki jarurt nhi aap app uninstall kr ke fir se install kariye and follow the same process.

They ask you to share that link to supposedly help verify their own account but instead they will gain access to your account. Before u send request to ur friend.... Ask them to b online then u send request..... As it only works when both of ur friends are online...... If any one of ur friends does received it u just uninstall ur Instagram from ur phn then reinstall it..... Repeat the same process( l mean u don't want to wait for 48 hrs)..... Also b noted that the new password must b differ frm ur old password.....
