Predicting by transits alone is only part of the picture -- if you learn the Vedic Jyotish vimshottari dasha (and other dashas like yogini, chara dasha, etc) system you can see the chapters of life -- then the transits may confirm what the dashas are suggesting (particularly the double transits of Jupiter & Saturn aspecting the same house) - a double layer of confirmation making predictions much easier to do. This will also be able to tell people "when it gets easier". There are also western tropical Jyotish astrologers out there using Jyotish techniques (Ernst Willhelm, Vic Dicara, etc), a rich area to explore...Jeff Green is also very very good, I agree, (I have 10 years experience with EA) but the journey of astrology is larger than any one system.

EA would suggest that as consciousness raises the challenges may get harder as the bar raises. As one enters the spiritualized state they find themselves in the smaller percentage of humanity which increases a feeling of alienation which is also quite difficult. I suppose it’s relative. I’m familiar with the yugas and larger cycles of time- it’s more compoex than I cared to go into in this live.But understanding of the process does make it “easier” in the sense that you can understand what’s going on and take it less personally.

Thank you Alex, for sharing this wonderful information to a wider audience. I just caught the replay and my neck is stiff from all the nodding up and down, haha. There's an energy in the collective about clearing the air on what astrology is and isn't. I too have been intuitively picking up on the frustrations of fellow astrologers. The deep desire to educate people and break stigmas about and around astrology and to be taken seriously and respected for our hard work. Just 4 days ago I was called to write some prose about Saturn station in Pisces, being a Pisces sun & Midheaven, I had some subjective relating I wrote down. I'll see about making a short video clip of me speaking my insights. Then just yesterday I watched Timothy's NM video and saw he too was picking up that vibe. I too am a big fan of Timothy's work. I always look forward to hearing both of your thoughts. I look up to you both as icons in this unique field of Evolutionary Astrology. I know, like you, that it is part of my life journey to help people understand astrology, work on their soul and build a loving community. I'm fairly new to the professional expression of my craft, but like you, I've studied hard consistently, for more than two decades (I was drawn to study others from a young age and that's why I started teaching myself astrology and psychology, around age 11. It has always been in my life.). This is a true calling for real soul workers and healers. I implore anyone to give it a chance instead of just a knee jerk reaction dipped in misconception. I deeply resonated, in the pit of my stomach, that disappointment in humans when it comes to bad social behavior. That salesman obviously wasn't good at his job and was projecting that dislike and dissatisfaction with himself, onto you, by discrediting and poo pooing something that you're passionate about and highly intelligent in the ways you express yourself. I've found most people, and I have friends that "innocently" do this, that move on autopilot and aren't very self aware. It's easier to come from a primitive, egoic and cyclical reactionary state, than break the ignorance and stigma. I love what you said about "read a book", lol I died. It's so true though, people are so hooked on short form content and instant access to most things these days, they just want to be told and given instead of earn. Sadly those are the people that probably need to explore astrology and can also be some of the most frustrating clients or personal relationships to have. The best outcome, and as a realist optimist (I know I'm weird), I hope for this, is that these types of people start their journey of self awareness. Even if that person doesn't become a client, they can ask intelligent questions or read one good book. For a basic start, I highly recommend David Pond's 'Astrology & Relationships: Techniques for Harmonious Personal Connections', for Natal chart understandings. I wore my copy out over the last 20 years, teaching friends and family about astrology, lol. I have so much more I wish I could share here, but I've already taken up a lot of time. What a cool chat , love listening to you regarding astrology, I’m trying to pick up what I can whenever I can. I was a skeptic and religiously indoctrinated to believe it was evil so this journey has been crazy but the funny thing was , when I “awakened” it was right after (and I believe because of) the revelation 12 sign in the sky from the freaking Bible itself in 2017 . If I was a legit astrologer and I got a rude salesman / car salesman, I would literally ask what their sign was/chart/transits whatever and then completely get the most triggering aspect of their chart to put them down a peg.
