I too had same question, when I asked I get to know that Only when we complete 1st yr then will get anniversary appraisal from next time onwards will get appraisal in April alone , they used to give anniversary+FY end appraisal both but from past 1 or 2 yrs they stopped giving anniversary appraisal I think . . . . If anyone got anniversary appraisal after 2nd or 3rd yr in TCS recently 2023 or 2024 please rply to this
