Install a 2nd row of pull out trays

I recently bought your high quality pull out tray and ordered the sizes by your directions and fits nicely but having issues of hitting the doors when pulled out. So I tried buying and installing the hinges like in this video but now there is a huge gap between the doors which makes outside of the cabinet doors much wider and doesn’t look symmetrical to the upper drawer. Any ideas?

Amazon description says brackets are extendable up 1 3/4" How do I do this? I need the extra inch.
