My mate jimmied lock to get to car title but couldn't get in but lock is now no good cause key will not work so bought a new set. Great lock. Great video, Thanks!

I cant get the old lock off. It did not have a bolt on the back however the lock is really locked in place and I cant pull it out.

I think I must be missing something because when I install the limiting washer and then the long metal tab and the bolt it just flips around and doesn't stay upright. It was the same with the previous lock that it came with it seems like there needs to be a .washer or some thing

it's hard for me to picture what you mean without seeing it. If you can send a pic or video I can try to help but if you think it needs a washer you should get one and try it

I bought one of these replacement locks for a 2 drawer file cabinet. The problem is i can't figure out how to get the drawer out. There is no release lever like in the videos on youtube. Can you help?

So when you pull on the handle to open the drawer it seems to be locked? I'm not sure what you mean by release lever but my file cabinet (the one in my video) does not have a release lever. You just grab onto the drawer and pull out. There's no lever.

I bought that same lock. All the pins fell out during installation. Am I missing something? How do I prevent the pins from falling out during installation?

if you look at the lock cylinder with the pins at 1:24 looks to me like the pins are held in by something. So yes I'm guessing something is missing on yours because the pins should not be able to freely fall out otherwise they would fall out in the package. That's my guess.
