Great video ! I have just completed a full set of Miura irons with Axiom shafts for a customer and also used the "coning" method. He was delighted with the results and that made me also happy. Keep up the good work Jim.

Greetings, how much should the graphite shafts be cut without affecting the flexibility? I bought a Senior rod and cut it to size -.5 for my size and I have good control but they don't feel like senior flex. What could I have done wrong? I hope for your professional help. Thank you.

what glue is used to stick the shaft in the club, im from ireland by the way. Like would epoxy glue that is used to glue shoes to a cows hooves would that kinda glue do or does it have to b a certain type, thanks.

my belief is it can leave a residue that prevents the epoxy from adhering, now you can wait a while. Im just not htat patient

I have a graphite shaft (tip .338) and want to install TM sleeve (.350) what do you suggest I do?

use a shim, there two type that are good, the typical brass unit or a sleeve with a ferrule already attached

.355 tips will come club specific, whereas the .370 tips come in 3 lengths.
