The KLR dash panel kit is for those KLR 650 riders who need to carry their electronic accessories but don’t want to fill up their handlebars with a whole bunch of mounts and clamps. Ryan this is amazing. I sold a 01 Triumph Daytona 955i, and a Honda XR650L to get a Harley. Goddamnit I watched every vid you had. Had to let the bike go for reasons. One of which was I couldn’t ride for more than an hour and i needed the money. I take delivery of a 2018 klr next Friday because gotta rent a U-Haul and do it myself and you have one. Wow. My bike comes with this and a bunch of other stuff. But to watch you with this bike after years…. XR to aggressive for the road and very expensive to get nice these days. I will watch every one, and thank you. KLR special bike. I’ve had em all

Bought an online rally dash here in Australia and found out it was chinese on delivery. Your video helped massively as the instructions were bland. Would rather have bought from the US as the original design was from there but i couldnt afford the price and shipping to OZ, Thanks for a great informative video

Hi. I have a 2014 KLR WITH STOCK fairing and shield. I also have the Denali fairing light mounts and a pair of Denali lamps on the fairing. My question, will the lamp brackets I have mount on this Rallye kit as they did on the stock fairing? Do the holes match ? They should because windshields have this same holes I assume. If you need see what I mean with lamp brackets, check the Twisted Throttle page and they show those brackets under Fairing mounting brackets. Thanks

Hello Ryan , My son bought a new 2020 ,1200 Iron and at 300 miles the headlight burned out , I had some inside info from a service writer at H D about bad wiring harnesses causing this . Then H D said it was just the headlight and wanted to charge us for it ! of course they didn't .. do you know anything about this issue ?

2:23 min into the video.... You missed a step, adding the inner panel. maybe because its a crappy design and the rubber screws caps keep falling out... they should have tack welded a nut on the back side instead
