I don't know how to configure the autodiscover part on the DNS server that you showed at the beginning of the video. Is there any link or video where I can follow the steps of how to do it?

On that same screen in the video, right click the white space and create an A record. Enter autodiscover as the name and set the IP to your exchange server To test, open Powershell and ping autodiscover.yourdomain.com. If you get pings, it worked.

Yes. The goal is to start fresh installing exchange and eventually migrate to a hybrid office 365 environment
