I've been using Sober for a bit, but today games won't open and Sober closes, on the terminal it says: "Same native window 0x10. No need to do anything!". I use Ubuntu Version 22.04 (I guess is because I installed with the Sober automatic APK) (All of that happened after a power outage and the PC is ok)

Hi, the same thing is happening to me. I installed sober a week before and it was working perfectly, but now it crashes. I think it's patched at the moment for some roblox update or something, I really don't know.

the same thing happened to me, they recently fixed that problem, just update the package to it's latest version and it should work

I just tried it and it seems to work well. However I had few problems when using it. 1. When a new window pops up in the app, it doesn’t seem to load 2. Your In-game settings don’t save after you exit a game. 3. If you’re in a game that forces Shift lock or First Person, you won’t be able to move your cursor if you press ESC Other than that, it seems to work well 👍

for 1 and 2, I personally didn't encounter these issues. for 3 however, you can unlock and lock your cursor by pressing F1. another thing i wanna add which you might find helpful is when joining a game, keep moving your mouse around which will unlock the camera sensitivity option in settings. i pe

Hey i need help on sober. Basically i downloaded it couple days ago (i think 2-3 days ago) and it worked fine, until today when i tried to log in it would instantly log off, i tried uninstalling sober it uninstalled it but when i tried to download it again it just said that its arleady downloaded, can u help please? (By the way i use mint cinamon edition)

@KlopsNaYT if you still have the ~/.var/app/org.vinegarhq.Sober/ folder try deleting it, if you don't have it or it doesn't work try joining the VinegarHQ discord and asking for help there (if you do please ask in #helpdesk not in #general!)

also make sure you get the apk that says "universal" and not the one that says "arm"

@@Dog2020op why not just use roblox from the playstore? Sober is essentially the same thing as what's on the playstore just with a translation layer and I doubt you'll get better performance with it

@@KatSoEpic What are you talking about? It's Android, the security is a joke. Modifying the Roblox APK for exploration is one way, but there are also easier methods. Why are you trying to justify something you don’t understand or know?

​if it where open source people could modify it to load roblox apks with exploits, but i think they have some sort of system that doesn't allow those apks to load, it might be able to be bypassed without it being open source but it'll probably still help to get rid of most exploiters. also i am aware that you can easily edit apks, i have done it myself. if roblox found that its easier to exploit using sober they would probably ban it like they did wine, i assume the devs are just taking precautions. sorry for simplifying so much, i should've explained further like this
