This method is applicabe for already rooted phones! Please note if your phone is unrooted you will not be able to enter TWRP as shown at 4:40! Use the following method instead. 1. Transfer custom rom and gapps to internal storage. 2. Use Odin to flash TWRP as shown. However press Volup+Home+Power immediately after the screen turns black at 2:05 3. Proceed installation using TWRP as shown from 4:50. Workes fine with my A500FU!

@TheRealDarknessyes, with lineageos 19 build everything is just fine and the phone is surprisingly responsive. with version 18 the wifi didn't work properly, version 19 is much better.
