At 29:50 I made a mistake the .gitignore file should be on your Ubuntu filesystem NOT in warden shell. I added the gitignore file while I was in warden shell, this is wrong. You should create the .gitignore file while you're in the ~/Sites/youtube-demo folder apologies for this mistake. ==Gitignore file from official Magento 2.4.6 github (remove the line /app/etc/config.php):== raw.githubusercontent.com/magento/magento2/2.4.6/.gitignore

@@AnimeNyan This is great, but the real problem is the payment gateways like Stripe and Paypal, they don't like NSFW. I think maybe crypto would be a good way around it. I think if you can figure out the payment hurdle you can totally do it. I support this all the way.

ahaha I will say web dev and NSFW art are very different and perhaps you could create an online business for your art. My eventual hope is I can create a patreon clone for NSFW artists. And then I will be able to share exactly how I did every step so anyone else can create the exact same thing!

Just to answer your question with regards to why there's no elastic search on the .env file that is simply because you cannot use both elasticsearch and opensearch, you have to choose between elasticsearch or opensearch. Since opensearch is completely open source the config will automatically default to it but you can change the .env to run elasticsearch instead if you needed to and remove the opensearch reference on your .env file.

I couldn't setup the 2fa for some reason, the google app wouldnt recognize the qr code, so I tried in microsoft authentication and even though it could recognize the qr code when I tried to log in Magento would say an erro happened

when i try to: mkdir -p ~/Sites/exampleproject cd ~/Sites/exampleproject wsl comes with "mkdir: cannot create directory :Permission denied" what should i do?

use sudo mkdir -p ~/Sites/exampleproject which will give you super user permissions to make the directory.

Have you restarted your computer? USually you need to restart your computer after you use install wsl 2 from powershell

Omg I'm dumb. So I had to do this tutorial in two stages. After coming back to it, restarting docker and continuing the tutorial, I now realise that docker didn't fully start the warden container. Importantly, traefik never started!
