Hi Folks Mine continue to fail. They are on an AC, mounted exactly as shown in this video with about a 1m exit pipe straight up. It hardly ever gets used and fails every year after about 10 mins work and stops pumping. I remove the exit pipe and there is only barely a dribble coming out - it's as though it loses the prime and cannot self prime again. The suction side is full of water with no hose kinks and no bubbles in the tube.

that tiny collection tank with it's tiny screen filter is like installing " a service time bomb"; get the larger external Aspen pump unit with the MUCH larger tank; or just use a standard HVAC condensate pump if you've got a place to conceal it.

Hi there, I have the small blue pump connected to a Daikin split system. When the pump activates, it pumps on and off, on and off for only one second at a time. Is this normal? Or should the pump be more constant? I haven't used the AC for over a year but I think the pump used to be active for more than one second at the time. I removed the filter and the small box and cleaned it all out. Re-installed but same result....

Use L1 and L2. Don't use F1 and F2 as you may get a comm error when in operation
