Is there a way of just doing frequency 1 without having to Shift-F2 turn it on? Like can you just trigger it to turn on if you input a frequency?

is there a way to disable the shift f2 for pma voice while if using scully's radio I don't like how they interfere with each other. basically just remove shift f2 from the keybind?

If you're using Scully's, it just uses /radio.

@@iCoobik I figured it out when pressing shift F2 it was popping up the original overlay in the top left with frequency's and stuff so I removed that and just made the radio a toggle on j through fivem for scully's

Go into the config and at the bottom it should say " AllowRadioWhenClosed = false -" switch that to True

Do you need to pay for anything? I forgot what it was called but when i tried to install mumble (which broke my server) it needed to have something enabled that u could only get by subscribing to fivem patreon

You only need to pay for the radio skin if you want that, the VOIP and radio script are free

@@TearsPlays To get the radio skin you just have to have a keymaster. No fivem pateron needed for it

@@TearsPlays Maybe I don’t understand what you mean but the voice script (PMA-voip) is free, the radio script (PMA-radio) is free and then if you want to add the cool skin, it costs. But thats it, theres no extra payments and you don’t need anything extra.

The radio list was first developed for Mumble, to my knowledge PMA doesn’t have a users list.

Why can I not speak on the radio unless I have it open via /radio? Why can't I just turn it on, choose a frequency, hide it and speak it?

So, what youll want to do is open the resource rp-radio and enter the config.lua for it. Next, you will want to scroll to the very bottom where is is the lie " AllowRadioWhenClosed = false -- Allows the radio to be used when not open (uses police radio animation) " Change this to the following --> AllowRadioWhenClosed = true -- Allows the radio to be used when not open (uses police radio animation)
