Nice little video bud. Only one thing about oiling directly in scribe is oil spits out the end for a few minutes. It's better to oil the hose so it will disperse evenly through scribe. I learned my lesson the hard way by not listening to my paleontologist friends and oiled the scribe directly. It was a good thing I didn't go directly to my trilobites and start prepping. I would have had oil all over the fossils and been ruined.

Hello. Thank you for this demonstration. Can you please tell me what size air compressor and/or what model are you using?
@meMiner4 жыл бұрын
I use a relatively small compressor. What is important, is it has a small air tank. It fills the tank and I draw my air from that.

Where do you get your bits from?

I am still using the ones that came with the unit. When they wear out, there are places online that sell good ones. Look at the fossil forums for info on this and recommendations. That is the advice that I will follow. Hope that helps.
