install timing chain

Will the chain get tension ones the oil goes in the tensioners

I am doing the same thing in the same car. I have question should the top of the chain be alittte loose? The rest of the chain is tight.

@@andiehomelesz9702 Yes I fixed the loose chain just had to adjust the left actuator one more notch it was tough to get it to the next notch but once it clicked everything was tight. The car is running like new anymore questions please ask. Hope this helps

@@andiehomelesz9702 I had to push really hard on the left side chain guide, the same why you tighten it up the first time. It is tough but it will tighten.

How did you get tdc

No torque wrench used. No rtv for the timing cover. Fantastic job lol. Bet this thing leaks oil like a sob now.
