we installed air suspension on Cadillac from hopos installed instructions were not available..this is simple step by step

Welcome..and a days worth of work just ake sure those lines are away from heat and exhaust pipes...and clamp em good.. they can rub through easily

How would you make the car not slam to the ground. Add some ride height? I'm fixing to install bags on mine.

O k that could be answered in two ways... How fast it drops... Or how low it go

There is adjustable valves to slow down how fast it goes down. And on the other ends, I like to make mine just high enough. To drive but I do that by measurement. And you can extend the cup pieces or shortening for heist

Could you revert back to spring suspension on a 79? Asking since theres welding involved with airride

But that air rides along better that spring unless u are after a full stock build

@@herpabetic naa its just annoying taking 10min to raise the car i just want to jump in and go, random airleaks, and not a lot of mechanics know how to work on these, starting to become fristrating.. for the 79 specifically i need to buy springs and struts separately right? Anything we should keep in mind before reverting back to springs?

Also could i revert back just rhe front suspension and keep the airride in the back, or could that cause issues with balls joints or other components upfront ripping off or breaking id i slam just the back? Last question, i notice my back airbags get air first and it takes about 5min for the air to reach the front bags, does this sound normal? The back airbags are quicker and more responsive than the front ones

@@memegator6937 sounds like you have a few issues that might be the install but also line size to the front FX speed

They make mufffler/ slow down valves that go on the outside dump valves so it doesn’t slam down
