So, this won't work with a 2008, G35xS sedan? I've got a Top Speed Pro 1 exhaust, & the cats are rattling & this flex pipe on my Y pipe is making noises over bumps... I want to do Z1 high flow cats, & y pipe, but I might just find a stock g35xs y pipe to use! I've heard you actually maintain better torque that way,

What’s the main difference or benefit from this Y pipe vs the original Z1 Y pipe? I’m currently running a original Z1 y pipe on my G coupe.

Wassup! It seems the difference between the two is the fact to choose resonator or not and with the flex sections you got less leaks. And the old one save you money with more leaks at the clamps.

Hi Bobby! The primary difference between the two is the optional resonator. Additionally, this version uses our new cast merge collector as opposed to the fabricated merge collector on the standard version. The cast merge collector on the modular y-pipe improves exhaust flow and efficiency for even better power and response.

@@Aeneas137 Thanks for that, It does give me some ideas. I also am not interested in the drift side of things and would rather track the car. Sideways is fun every nice in a while but fast all around makes for constant smiles. Just my opinion anyway.

Hi Eric, there is a moderate difference in exhaust sound however that can be difficult to capture since the rest of the exhaust system can also have an effect. We'll be sure to put something together soon!

It will come with the one selected but a sales rep could always add the individual part if needed, just reach out to our team and they can get you setup.
