Hi, when I try to adjust the monitor as is move it down or up its extremely stiff to the point I think I’ll break it if I move it. Did you have this issue, should I just put more effort into it.

Dont put much effort, thing here is little brittle the lock might get break and permanent detach from it support stand can occur

@@Marky_Rob being the monitor the titlting and adjusting this monitor is limited ... It wont show much movement. It will show jus 15-20degree movement max.

Personally using it ... Sometime pixelation issue on using Samsung TV plus and smart tv utilisation. Rest PC and HDMI has no issue.

Kindly reset the smart monitor , may be installed be corrupted or provide high speed internet for first startup. Hope this should solve ur problem
