Your transmission builder is correct about using Type F fluid. It is friction modified and your transmission will hook. Slippage will not be an issue.

Type F is perfect and You can buy a transmission mount with the 3 bolts holes and please make sure that the detent cable is adjusted correctly or you will toast it!
