Hi mate, thanks for watching the video, the primary purpose is simply moving the intake to a higher point for water crossings/beach driving, how ever most manufactures engine management will pull timing out with higher intake air temperatures, therefore it is beneficial to have lower IAT's.

Hey speeddemon, for brief water crossings, beach driving etc, the factory intake point is from the wheel arch, or in the radiator intake area, this moves it up to cleaner, cooler & drier area. Check out our website for pics of them in use.

I’ll just cut this hole in this customers car… Balls of steel! And although I’m no 4x4’er so not a real fan of snorkels, this really enhances the look of this ute. Farkin’ unreal.

I just installed mine with a mate, very happy with it but that template is absolutely shithouse, it should run from the door line so its and easy to just stick on and trace

The snorkel is worth more than the truck, the panels will start rusting in 6 months where you cut them 😂😂🤣🤣
