Installing 4” turbo back exhaust on 6.5 Diesel

have an extended cab dually 6.5 and was thinking of getting this exhaust but having it dump right before the rear wheels

Where did you Get the clamps that you used? I am having the same problem with them sending me clamps that are too small for the joints 😊

Did you have a problem with the down pipe from the turbo hitting anything ( like something in the way). You had to modified the pipe ?

What happened to the duramax swap? did you just put the 6.5 back in it ?

How about sound? Is it quieter comparing stock sound? My 6.5 TD is so loud now. I wanna buy DMAX muffler or BUS muffler?

It’s not as quite as stock exhaust but it’s a lot quieter then straight pipe with the stack.

What muffler is that from summit that you are using. Looks like a good muffler. I would like to put it on my truck any help would be appreciated thankyou

@@robertstiles626 I don’t know it just came with the complete turbo back exhaust kit I ordered from summit for my make and model truck. But if it helps the part number for the kit is SUM-680060

I just swapped to a stock duramax muffler with 3.5" downpipe back. In the cab it's stock sound except when you let off you get a little turbo whistle. Outside it's slightly louder than stock, you can hear the turbo now. This is on a 95 k3500 with gm4 turbo, basically everything is stock other than the exhaust. I did see a significant reduction in exhaust temp and back pressure while keeping it quiet.
