Banging job. As we all know, the cab curtain is always a challenge, especially if you don't want to make permanent holes/changes.

Looks good! We’ve had similar concerns about the headliner not holding window screens over time.

I put a curved curtain rod and blackout panels in my Promaster City. $35 for the rod though, and I had to modify it, but it's bolted/screwed in and isnt going anywhere. Great video!

Have been deliberating over this issue in my NV build, seems like a good solution, nice one! :) Maybe stronger magnets will help down the sides!

Hey, where did you source the grommets from? are there any sites you could recommend getting free samples from to save buying a whole pack? Thanks mate

Is the NV 200 the most reliable Van to get?
@LensOfJames4 жыл бұрын
Hi, I couldn't possibly say - I love my nv200 but I suppose all van and vehicles have their pros and cons. Haven't had any problems with it yet though!

As a previous Nissan Salesman I would say it's up there. I haven't heard bad things about others, but I've sold many and never had any issues. All the buyers were very happy. It has a 5yr 160,000km limited warranty so your good for engine and tranny and a few other things. Its a 2.0l 4cyl previous gen Sentra engine with a CVT transmission and rated for up to 1500lbs payload, so its a half ton truck equivalent. Fuel economy is very good - about 9liters per hundred km combined in real world use - that's about 26 mpg. Most of the people who came to see one bought it. They usually had a good rate deal or cash buyer program too. It was very affordable. I'm considering buying one to make a camper. The other option would be to convert a Dodge Caravan. Those are good too and dirt cheap for base models on the outgoing year.

I did it very slowly over a number of months around a full-time job, but there are definitely simpler setups if that's an issue 🙂
