I actually think this build may end up being one of your best. You’ve done some good builds but I think this’ll be your best to date.

This will hopefully be the year of finishing builds as well. I'm just about to the point where I'm able to do body and paint as well so it's going to be exciting seeing things start wrapping up. Thanks bud!

Nice video man! Reminds me of working on my '70 Corvette. I tell you with the body off it makes installing things 10X easier. Having a shop like yours and lots of room helps also. I have limited room at my home and makes it way more challenging. And I hate working on cars in the street unless it's an oil change or something like that. Maybe one day I will be doing this to my '70 SS 454 Chevelle.

That's the aftermarket for you. It is always cool to work through it though, we just have to be sure not to deviate too much as our "handywork" and genius ideas can sometimes make things dangerous! LOL! Best part is figuring out the physics of it all, to ensure things we have to modify work as designed. I am probably at a 7th grade math level so it can be challenging for me!! LOL!!

the old tonya harding treatment(go watch Vice Grip Garage and you will know the meaning of this treatment) on the old transmisson tunnel :D works for clearance every time. you should nick name the car The 4th of July for four doors since we already have the Indepence Chevelle from Vice Grip Garage here on youtube.

I can totally relate to the anti-seize comment near the end... no matter how little I use, or how careful I try to be, I seem to have that stuff all over my hands... in my hair... on my clothes... on my beard... it pretty much can appear anywhere within a few minutes of opening the bottle... That stuff is insidious!

It's kind of a shame that once you put everything back together during final assembly it's gonna get dirt and scratched up from daily use but at least it's gonna last longer and be more durable than the factory suspension

Not much point doing all that work for something that never gets to accomplish what it was built to do. The education these videos provide is invaluable.

I am not a fan of those tires. The rims I can live with. However, those tires seem too skinny and small for the type of car they will be moving. That’s the only critique I have for this build right now.

Nothing wrong with four doors. In fact, the vast majority of the cars in the world have this door configuration, including the best selling vehicle in the world (pickup trucks). Makes the rear seat (if equipped) much easier to access. MY car is a four door and I love it.
