Gonna sound like an odd question. But after the upgrade did you have slack in the throttle twist?

Yes, a ton of slack. I ended up ordering a new throttle cable by Nibbi from amazon.

NEVER USE FORCE ONE THE IDLE SCREW!! Its a VERY light seat. Then start at 1.5 out its easier to tune with idle screw turned up....

this is just a VM22 Mikuni knockoff from amazon, actually just changed the filter to the sponge filter and finally got it tuned was a real pain. I'd recommend the NIbbi heard a lot of good things about those. Thanks for watching.
