Definitely Pin the Crank , just like all the old school Mopar engines came stock with the key way on the Crank , absolutely important and a Nessacery thing to do. We don't want that Harmonic balancer moving at all to throw off rimming etc. Great up grade Mods with the injections etc , Sorry I already forgot , you changed fuel rails as well ?? That's a terrible design from the factory which can starve some cyclinders of fuel etc.
