Learn how to mount a manual operator, or handwheel, to a Fisher 657 or 667 actuator. These actuators feature integrated mounting pads, which simplify the mounting process.
Basic steps include:
1. Align the handwheel to the actuator using the larger uppoer bolt holes.
2. Thread the upper cap screws and hand-tighten.
3. Place the spacers between the yoke and handwheel assembly.
4. Thread the lower cap screws and hand-tighten.
5. Tighten the cap screws to their specified torque.
