Good seals and great vendor to deal with

*Important feedback here* I just put stinger seals in my 6" cylinders and black magic telescopic cylinders. I followed this video and oiled the seals before sliding back in the casings and the clearances are so tight that it kept shearing off some of the white washers. I tried to go slow, put em on top or bottom, didnt matter it would shear them off in the small part of telescopic and big side. Instead I tried greasing them really well because these new telescopics had grease inside from black magic. This time all seals slid in a lot easier and didn't break any white washers. Use grease!!!

Are the seals being installed backwards, I also watched Rudy's video and he installs them the same way. When watching other cylinder rebuilds and researching the web, they usually face the cup towards the pressure side..
