Nice video. I just got an Eonon R80 to put in my 2008 and it has no instructions. Very similar with the wires. I also got the tailgate camera to put on so I can hook up my trailer on my own a little better. This is very helpful.

Looking at possibly getting one of these for my 2008 Impala. Does it affect how the turn signal sounds? And how's the audio quality compared to stock?

Yes it affects the turn signal sound and the seat belt/head light warning sounds. I did notice any difference in audio quality.

Yes it has onstar… but I didn’t hook it up, because I never used onstar. It doesn’t have Bose. But it has the connection for both.

Just bought a suburban and the previous owner had this installed. Bluetooth is not working

I found if it’s connected to Apple car play. It can’t connect to Bluetooth.

@@onearmworks It’s not the SWTNVIN model, it just says Car Navigation on the loading screen so it may not be the same model radio

I installed these radio now my usb that I used to charge my phone is now working

Came here to find out what to do with the usb mini connector that was plugged into the stock radio but he didn’t cover that part. My guess is that mini is connected to the right USB port on the right side of the dash. It was the one that would allow you to connect your phone to the car speakers. My new radio comes with a front USB connector. So now I’m not sure what to do with the USB mini. Anyone have any thoughts?

This radio has a usb in the back with what looks like a 2 ft cable. I plan to take that USB and add it to one of my cigarette lighter ports on my Suburban.

I think you have to get a SIM card, like what a cellphone uses.
