I have to agree. I'm from The UK and I watched every second of it and looking forward to the road test. The exhaust note was very good and sounded 'serious' and 'intentional' and I think it is a very good modification.

Abhinav- completely agree on the Vulcan. 150-200 km and the butt dies! The clearance if 16-17 cm would be ideal. One can change the exhaust sound by just removing the silencer cover and drilling pinky thick three to four holes in the tube, as is. Plan to do that soon. That apart, a great bike and a great ride. You have to change the headlight bulb and fit highway lights. And for a shorty like me at 166 cm, great seat height and ergo placement of pegs and handle bar. Superb.

Abhinav Bhatt It’s pricey around 700 usd$ but i think it really brings out nice deep tone of a twin w out being too loud. I definitely prefer these pipes w/o baffles as the baffles in gave it a more thin and crackly tone in my opinion. As u pointed out I prefer the stainless steel finish ; the originals were too big and blingy I feel. This is my first street bike being a dirt bike guy so I’m no expert but from what I’ve researched s&s cycle is highly reputable brand w long history here in the US.

What do you think about? :-)

For that I will have to modify the header pipes. I have a very nice screen on mine that you can check on my Instagram page. Looks a million times better than the stock screen. I am just waiting for the Conti footpeg assembly to arrive. Been so many days but no word on it yet.

Great content brother. Was planning to buy this bike but hesitating coz I have a saddle bag for my machismo 500 which wouldn't obviously fit this one. But the option of these after market silencers makes me think again. Great one. Pretty informative too. PS: liked the exhausts without the baffle. 😉
@abhinavbhatt5 жыл бұрын
Haha. But won't be able to tour without the baffles. Also, the Rynox Nomads work well with the upswept exhausts of this bike. Cheers

Loved the raw content and a complete description. Job well done. I was also thinking about the design of the baffle, they should have worked a little bit more to make it flawless.

Yeah. But for this price I can't complain.

@@abhinavbhatt yup need to consider that as well.

0:51 & 11:55 What a handsome motorcycle. Also, *AEW with baffles* is what I'd like to put on my future Interceptor as well. Looks minimalist and sounds great too. I'd go for the aesthetic aspect too.

Is there a marginal difference in terms of mileage of the bike compared to stocks ?
@abhinavbhatt5 жыл бұрын
Less than 10 per cent drop.

Brilliant video and She Sounds lovely. We have a Royal Enfield Dealer where i live in the UK and I've been very very tempted to get a 650 Interceptor as a weekend toy. already have a Suzuki Bandit 1250 for my main commuter bike.

It sounds Superb, I was waiting for AEW to make an exhaust for 650 Twins

Sounds nicer when you are riding. Wait for that video.

Excellent video, and you are right, the new exhaust sounds much better than the stock does. One question, I see that on their website, AEW has numerous products listed, which model did you install? I looked at all their listed pipes but none seemed to be the correct one? Is it the AEW Megaphone for the Continental GT 650? Thanks for your help!

Hi. Their website is being updated to include the new products. I directly contacted the owner, Shakil. 98220 04432
