Dude I know you're a big fan of the Narrative Dialog system but if I wanted to follow along with this tutorial its over 500 bucks on assets. Did you buy all these assets? Or did Reubs hook you up? Just wondering since that is quite the investment. Still a big fan of the channel keep up the good work.

Aye i agree with that. Sticking to Narrative Dialogues is enough for me (even if i dont have one yet). Especially when most of plugins have their own methods how they work and conflict with your own stuff or other creators stuff. Ofc it saves a lot of time but as you said "quite the investment" for a mere UE5 noob as me :P I don't think core audience would still follow tutorials if they can't afford it too. Other than that i love this channel anyway.

Hey! So for me personally its a mixed bag. I bought 3 / 5 of the assets over the course of 2 years. (mostly when they were on sale!) The other 2 I have been given because I have now become a support dev so I was given access so I can support in the Discord :) but I was 100% going to buy them anyway. I love navigator! :D Thank you for the kind words!

You are very kind! :D Its a tough decision picking plugins. Spend months making it yourself, or spend an unknown amount of time reviewing plugins and hoping you make the right call. I've used 3 inventory plugins before Narrative and they were terrible!

could you do a video on the locomotion? ALS is great but it would be cool to have different animation for different weapon classes.

Originally the character mesh would face the NPC to interact, but after you switched over to NarrativeInteraction the camera has to face the NPC. How do you change it back so that the character needs to face the NPC for NarrativeInteraction?

Hey, if you are using NarrativeInteraction its just a case of changing where the interaction sits. you could make it so it only affects a region in front of the NPC. Or you could turn the NPC around to make it work. Unless you are talking about the camera, in which case this will be fixed in the next version :)

The NarrativeInteraction message/icon is getting in the way of the dialogue, how do you prevent that?

Modify the interaction for begin dialogue and tell it to deactivate the component to hide it. You can activate the component again by binding to the on dialogue ended in the same function

When you generate the mini-map how do you save the images to your project, rather than the plugin?
