I got a 2017 wrx. Do you guys have any recommendations for a spoiler?? Should I put the Sti spoiler on it?? I’m not really sure. I hate the look of big wings on the back but on this car it looks pretty good. Any help would be appreciated!!!

I really dont think it matters that it has the wing or not. It's from the Subaru family and it's just a spoiler that was designed for that bodywork. It looks good. 👌 Personally, the only thing I would do now is to remove the little spoiler that's already on there just so it does not seem redundant.

Just installed one on my WRX. IDC. I have 6 figures sitting in my bank lol. I don't need the gatekeepers to tell me when I can and cant do with MY money or my property. The wing completes the car. Also, not bringing Subaru down because I own one too, but, if I wanted a 'fast' car I wouldn't have went with the WRX. I would have went with an M or AMG out the factory. Stop gate keeping sub $40K cars that can be had for $20-30K. Anyone can have one.

Ok so an STI can use the entire body of the WRX but a WRX cant use the wing of the STI??? Remember that the WRX was designed first before the STI in all models.

What year is the car? Is the wing an exact paint match? How's the fitment with the WRX Spoiler? Is there any contact/rubbing? What are your thoughts on the STI Wing + WRX Spoiler combo? Do you think it looks aesthetically pleasing? That's my one concern before considering adding one to my WRX. I would just like to get a second trunk with no WRX spoiler however that seems to be a bit tricky (+ paint match)

ABS plastic wings don't weigh much lmao. The torsion bars are meant to hold excessive amounts of weight (i.e. snow/ice)

Definitely buy the legit one. It's worth the money. Don't get a cheap one. I've never noticed any aggressive wobble. It's very durable. It sits nice. Fitment is good just make sure you drill the holes precisely.

I personally purchased the WRX instead of the sti because I wanted a newer tech engine, versus the older EJ engine that's been around for 20 years. My WRX is tuned with more power than a stock sti.
