In this video we discuss how-to mount Boogey Lights to your RV Corrugated Underbelly (Coroplast). This is becoming a more and more popular option for newer units and we wanted to show how you can mount our LED strips to ensure years of use. In this instance we lit up the underbelly of a 2017 Open Range Light 318 RLS 5th Wheel Trailer. This unit exhibits a common issue within the RV Industry - sagging underbelly. Over time; the corrugated plastic will bow in the center due to weight from above and perimeter mounting points. We STRONGLY ADVICE AGAINST mounting our strips directly to the bending Coroplast.

As for the mounting surface; we're using aluminum flat bar (1.5" wide x 1/8" thick): www.boogeylights.com/aluminum...
To adhere our aluminum to the RV underbelly we're cleaning the surface with alcohol, prepping the surface with 3M adhesion primer (www.boogeylights.com/3m-adhes...) and using 3M Dual Lock Reclosable Fastener: www.boogeylights.com/3m-dual-...
