Now that you have used both direct drives what one would you prefer

Why not tape a post it with a dot on it under the probe, write down the x,y cords. Then move the nozzle to that same dot using the controller, write that down. then subtract them and theres your off set.

Thank you man! Do you have any tutorial on firmware change base on your settings? I updated NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET to {-36.5, -40, 0} doesn't seem to have any effects. It still tries to lower the hot end outside the bed. Did you change X/Y_BED_SIZE? What else did you change? (I am using 4.2.7 silent board and Marlin 2.0.x)

You will have to reduce the bed size unless you fix the bolt on the x carriage that contacts the frame. I ended up reversing mine and grinding it down a bit as far as it probing off the bed I would have to check my config files. I could potentially send them to you if you'd like to compare
