Can I use those gas adjust shocks on a gbody with lowering springs or do I need to use lowering shocks?

how you likin the shocks up front? my elky needs some new pep in her step and im thinking about getting the same brand you got but on all 4 corners, cheers bud!

Finally got her out and about yesterday and so far I’m liking the ones up front and in the rear I have to stock air shocks that are adjustable really liking that because I can stiffen them up by putting 200 psi in them for when I want to put something heavy in the back or list it up a little extra in the back for a more aggressive stance. They do slowly leak over about 3 weeks or so and I only found 1 air compressor with a max psi over 150 but it was only 440 dollars at Menards. Looking to possibly get some adjustable coil overs for the rear in the future but like what I have now

Perfect channel lol. I'm waiting to get an 81 el camino in a couple of weeks from a buddy and did some research before hand on parts prices and what not. I know the g body platform is a affordable platform for the most part but I am having a hard time finding control arms that aren't a fortune for the el camino u less it's an a body. Any info on this situation would be greatly appreciated. Like do you have to use malibu a arms or what lol. But I'm liking your videos and I'm gonna subscribe for sure!

Thank you for the support! We have not looked into control arms yet. But what I can tell you that I regret lol the rear shocks we put in tend to leak over time… so before I take her out for a drive I have to air them up. So if you are planing on doing rear shocks do not go the stock route. I’m trying to find something else but haven’t committed yet lol if I come across some affordable control arms I will let you know!
