Installing interior LED lights in my Celica GT-S (00-05)

FYI The dome light is the SUN/MOON ROOF model. A non sunroof has a two contact lightbulb and would need a different adapter. I too would like to find the kit for THIS model if anyone has had luck, I do have the moon/sunroof model.

hey man, i don’t know if this will seem useful to you since it’s been a while since you’ve left this comment, but the led bulb that should fit(with no adapters) is a BA9S bulb. Had this same issue but i did some digging and found this out eventually

Don't those big LED's get hot against the clear plastic? Have you ever left them on for 10+ minutes? There are times when camping, on road trips, etc. when I do that, and that's my concern about these. Thanks in advance for your answer.

ive had them on for over 10 min for sure during this Covid situation where we have to eat in the car since the restaurants are closed and some times i eat at night so ill turn them on for over 10 min and nothing happens.

You get 5 led boards with 1 order and with enough adapters for each one

Then I guess it does ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It’s enough for me to see at night and better than the original halogen bulb. Any brighter would be unnecessary.
