I used this method to remove bloatware on my samsung galaxy S5. Universal android debloater only showed the packages to be removed but did not uninstall. This way did seem to work but my storage still says full for some reason

Only works if your phone's bootloader is unlocked. If not, you have to unlock it before flashing the image.

Hi, Ive just installed Samsung S10Plus drivers Samsung-USB-Driver-v1_7_50_0 and Minimal ADB and Fastboot, Ive rebooted my Win 10 machine and when I type adb devices, my phone wont show.. hoping u can help please, thanks!

then the next thing I would test is the USB cable or the USB port. sometimes people use a cable that is only meant for charging and that means it can't rely data across it (which is what ADB/Fastboot needs). so I would try some other cables that you may have laying around. . .or maybe even changing the USB port that the cable is plugged into.
