Net Framework is installed but does not work in Wine, the working option and alternative is wine mono with it most games requiring Net Framework will work. Not always the window message with an error can be a true error of the game, these error messages are not true, as an example when starting the game there can be an error message visual c++ although all dependencies of visual c++ can be installed. In such cases, you just need to wait for updates, Winlator, Box64, Turnip, Wine and maybe someday this game will start without an error.

I and many other people have no errors when installing wine mono I don't know why you have an error, I have no idea. And as I wrote earlier net framework is installed but will not work normally in Wine, so it makes no sense to install it for games to work. Net Framework is installed normally only according to the instructions with settings as in the video. But net Framework as I wrote earlier is useless for games, since it does not work normally in Wine. Only wine mono works fully in Wine, so it needs to be installed for games that require Net Framework.

@@yosha907DXVK 1.10.3 is in Winlator 7.1.3 Native Glibc by longjunyu2 from the link to his GitHub you can download DXVK 1.10.3.wcp with the extension *.wcp after through Winlator itself in the "content" tab select and install . and you are mistaken there is no such 10.3 one and 1.10.3 is not new from DXVK
