@itsmikelake 3d print a plastic or metal intake that will bolt up two carbs. Bolt two carbs to small y shaped plenum/intake. (• •) the carbs need to mount like the dots and put a line at top and bottom and that would look like your mounting surface and have a big y shaped chamber that narrows down to intake pipe connection. Try to have the narrow down part very close to block as you can get it, basically as little intake tube as possible. I guess another good way to describe shape would kinda look like vacuum cleaner tool piece for carpet🤷🤣 I know it's all jumbled up but if you build it like I said and put nitrous line somewhere in the plenum it won't really matter it's one cylinder. That dual carb design and intake alone will probably increase power to near nitrous level on very top end. Actually it will probably rev as high as it would with nitrous but not make the power, make that intake design for two regular carbs and nitrous I promise you won't be disappointed with power it will make.

That clutch is probably slipping worse than the last one because of the later engagement. Probably needs lower gearing and a stock clutch to work better, pretty funny that the nos works

This clutch isn’t too bad. I have a few different gearing options also. The clutches are like $13 so I’ll grab a few different ones and give them a go haha

get yourself a 3 shoe adjustable clutch you'll be much happier with the performance also put a pipe with an expansion chamber back on it. on 2 strokes , the pipe is what makes the power especially on these engines! @@itsmikelake

A proply made exspantion chamber works like a turbo on a 2t all he's done is made it like a standard one with that off lol 😂😂 should get a liquid cooled blata and work out turbo in exhaust or fit not they do 60mph standard ... Or even work a way of fitting onse exhaust to this without compromising standard flow ... You can't just u bend it since it's hole purpose is to throw un burnt fule back in cylder

@@unfknknown9678 garentie you with the three peacie head since it's got better squish etc it runs about double hp than standard I bleav it's quoted at 4hp if he modded it by porting and polishing he could get 9 or 10bhp with the noss and a kx 65 exhaust it's got the cercular crank if it had that head original

As a two stroke owner i can say that the pipe makes a huge difference. My 50cc two stroke motorbike (I'm 15, in Finland we get to ride 50ccs at 15y) originally rode around 55km/h but after a pipe swap (lightly damaged voca chromed 50/70) it now goes 75km/h. I really recommend a good pipe, makes a huge difference. Love this series btw.

I literally said about nos in the last video😊. Also another note. These engines come in two different sizes, 47cc and 49cc. There is a massive difference in power between the two. I would also recommend changing the reed valves and woodruff key. If you wanted even more power, a b1 rep engine is 39cc watercooled and are around twice the hp of an air cooled engine.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’m literally saving all of this advice so we can build an animal of an engine for this thing, although I’m tempted to put the 125cc 3 speed motor in this also 😅🤣

@@itsmikelake with 125cc it will be absolute beast, with 125cc the turbo will make more boost and you can propably make more power, But don't forget about cooling, I modified my two-stroke, and when driving fast I melted the engine😂😂

Go polini air cooled bzm etc keep it lightweight and simple the water cooled are far superior but require more space and setup etc polini or b1reps are cheap and can get you 50 mph easily they can flip you quck try looking for a quadard the proper blata ones

another thing to do for cheaps... before porting the ceiling on the exhaust side. run some nitro methane 20% for rc cars :) go half n half with ur 2 stroke petrol mix to start with.@@itsmikelake

Hopefully yall see this have just got into watching the drift kart series watched them all one after the other one last thing i could recomend yous try is the watercooled versions of them motors there actually bored out to like 66-77cc and are used in the adult pocket rockets they race i had one as a kid an they put out atleast 2-3x the power of them motors hopefully yous see this an try it out would me a mental little machine with the watercooled version of that motor

Somebody already mentioned it in the comments here but regearing it would probably save the clutch a little. Few more teeth on the rear sprocket would make some sort of difference in pickup and clutch longevity. Also a colder sparkplug. And of course a bigger nitrous bottle! Does anyone make a one pound bottle for nitrous? Maybe convert a propane cylinder if u could get it filled s.where? Enjoy your videos cuz u always seem to be enjoying making them

Yes clutch slip certainly is a problem! I did in fact change the gearing slightly in this video to make it all work, I just didn't film that part haha. I think a bigger engine is in need soon :)

You need to get an advanced timing key. You need to get a ported head and a windowed piston. You need to bore the inlet and the outlet and between in the the carby to flow more air. You need to also get a full circle crank as well. Once you do that it should fly..

I actually bought a solenoid to have it on a button on the steering wheel for this video, but the solenoid couldn't handle the nitrous pressure haha. I'll try and find a better solenoid!

This is just like the bullet nitrous system for 5th scale rc cars. We run 23cc to over 100cc in our 5th scale rc cars. Maybe try the bullet system or even the RB innovations supercharger for 5th scale rc cars. I'm sure you can fab up something to make these work together since we use both on our rcs together depending on build 💯🏎️💨

Instead of the jet turn the high screw… if it’s a fuel metering screw loosen it if it’s an air screw tighten it but that’ll adjust fuel in the rev range not just constant

Actually a turbo 2 stroke isn’t a good idea. It creates a pressure that slows the piston and the crank. But, i have to say, that’s a very cool build after all!!!!

I put one of these silly little engines on a mobility scooter, was a laugh until one of the 3 clutch springs broke... It ended up in a kids dirt bike with an upgraded Carb, Clutch & exhaust... poor kid was terrified of it lol.

You need good pipe for that engine, straight pipe is not good because 2stroke needs backpressure. Some 50cc scooter pipe or build own pipe, makes more power with expansion chamber

buy a d50b0 50cc engine and if you feel spicy buy a 70 cc kit to it, manual gearbox and with right gearing and tune can top 90 mph.
