Installing "OEM Looking" Highway Pegs to my 2023 Kawasaki VN1700 Voyager.

After riding a couple hundred miles a day, I noticed the urge to stretch out my legs. I looked at many highway pegs and their mounts and just couldn't "pull the trigger" on ordering some. I really didn't like the way it took away from the looks of my Voyager.
Then, I found these and I liked the way the mounting hardware looked and felt they would not detract from the appearance of my bike. I didn't know after installing them, they'd look like they actually belonged on my bike. They actually look like something Kawasaki would have sold as an OEM option.
I like the way they tucked into the lower fairing and the finish on them is impeccable!
Of course, I ran into issues as always but I ironed them out in the video.

I’ve had the same problem with another set of highway pegs. Are used a piece of copper plumbing pipe that I cut in half has the spacer. The copper soft enough that it will mold and provide a good tight fit.

I installed the same highway pegs,had them for a few months and no issues,and fit on my voyager like a glove,just gave me another option for stretching out on longer rides

Ya it's a bit of fiddling , I did mine also, took a little while. On the bike, off the bike, look at it.,oh well,did it. I noticed the right side crash bar isn't the same as the left side crash bar, but got her done.

Awesome Frank! I really like the way they look vs some of the other brands, I'm use to aftermarket "things" be fiddly but they come out looking great in the end. They sure help on a long ride. Happy New Year Bud!

Awesome Gerald, I wish mine were a perfect fit but I do love them! I even found chrome inserts at a local hardware store to fit into the allen bolt holes.
