i installed this kind spray booth before but this spray booth look short to me the ones i did had 3 lights on top and the walls and this spray booth is kinda middle grade spray booth with no heat . most spray booths i installed was Accudrarft spray booths

For the ETL enclosed finishing booth, should the side walls be butt up against the plenum wall or the side of it? Thanks

Nice to see the process, finally someone did it! Thank you! Question... is it not necessary to use gaskets or seals between panels and between panels and floor to prevent dust being sucked in? Thank you.

We actually do send caulk to seal the floor and the seams at the panels. We send a door sweep and a foam door seal. Thanks for the comment!

We are caulking between everything, and plan to caulk inside after it's all together for good measure.

We are going to Install one tomorrow, Our customer has 3 units ( same kind as on the video ) the only thing we are going to add are receptacles close to the lights ,changing out the ballasts sucks,LED fixtures would better.

We do offer LED Flat panels. They are super easy.

depende del volumen de aire a extraer y la caída de presión (la caída de presión dependerá de las etapas de filtración que tengas instaladas, también la caída de presión de tu ducteria y accesorios que tengas en tu sistema de extracción). Para extractores axiales tienes la limitante de la caída de presión que pueden vencer, en cambio un centrifugo te puede vencer caídas de presión bastante altas. cada uno tiene sus ventajas y desventajas.

Do you have one of our booths? I'm guessing you don't because our booths are not at all flimsy. So, you must be referring to the fact that our booths are installed using TEK Screws, which were designed for metal buildings ... it's an easier install, a tighter grip and a tight hold. We invite you to come see our booths... you can even shake it and it won't fall down!

David, try to search only for an extractor fan for a paint booth. I just did it now: price for 11 500 cfm is +5k usd. In this case the 9.5K usd price for a basic booth with a fan extractor of 12 750 cfm is not so big! Give a google and see for yourself.
